Yoshiko is Kasumi's closest friend, which was proven by her being care about Kasumi's brother complex and supports her as well.
She eventually called Kasumi's mother as "Mama-san" and bothered to know that Honoka Takamiya and Ayaka Kagari are engaged.[1]
